KAYABA WP XPLOR 48 Cartridge conversie kit

For some time, Technical Touch has provided the off-road market with Factory Kit suspension and has found great succes in acquiring great setting results for all popular models.

One of those brands that got a lot of attention was KTM/Husqvarna. With many pilots not feeling comfortable with the air suspension, we managed to make a very performance-based KYB Factory Kit Spring Fork.

After several years of gaining experience in this field and recently being involved in the development of Chad Reed's Husqvarna, we came to the decision to build a cartridge kit to fit the standard WP forks.
The cartridge kit is an affordable solution to convert your WP AER48 forks into KYB AOS Spring Forks while maintaining the flex of the original inner and outertubes that has been designed for KTM/Husqvarna frames.

The unmistaken KYB feel combines perfectly with the KTM/Husqvarna character, giving it a very smooth feel, eliminating the harshness while building up a progressive damping profile toward the end of the stroke.

Every individual cartridge kit will come with a serial number and a personal setting based on the riders weight and bike.
