NIEUWE CARBON FIBER & EVOLAP-TECHNOLOGIE
Op alle SCALE Carbon-frames is een mix van hoogwaardige koolstofvezels gebruikt om ongelooflijke resultaten te bereiken. Na het kiezen van de koolstofvezels gebruiken ingenieurs specifieke tools, zoals FEA software, om de carbon lay-up in kaart te brengen.
Met dank aan SCOTT's gepatenteerde EvoLap-technologie, kunnen verschillende krachten worden toegepast op een virtueel model en de frameconstructie is daarop aangepast.
SDS2-TECHNOLOGIE
SDS2-technologie zorgt voor comfort, zowel zittend als staand, zonder
extra zware onderdelen of zonder in te boeten aan stijfheid. Om dit te bereiken,
gebruiken de engineers van SCOTT verschillende buisvormen in combinatie met een strategische uitlijning van de koolstofvezels om specifieke delen van het frame te laten buigen en comfort te bieden, terwijl ongewenste flexibiliteit op andere gebieden, die de prestaties kunnen schaden, wordt vermeden .
REMSTEUN
Op de SCOTT SCALE is een specifieke rembevestigingsadapter geïntroduceerd die alleen is gekoppeld aan de liggende achtervork en steekas om het comfort te verhogen.
SW DERAILLEURHOUDER
De SCALE derailleurhouders zijn ontworpen om te worden geïntegreerd in het steekassysteem dankzij een ontwerp met holle buis dat een eenvoudige en lichtgewicht koolstofstructuur mogelijk maakt.
KETTINGGELEIDER
De SCALE-kettinggeleider weegt slechts 23 g, is eenvoudig te monteren dankzij een slim montagesysteem en is geschikt voor 30T tot 36T kettingbladen.
Door het DNA van de Scott Scale in evenwicht te brengen, hebben we een heel nieuw type gecreëerd in de wereld van hardtail mountainbikes. Een race-geïnspireerde geometrie, gekoppeld aan een eenvoudig en scherp ontwerp, geeft de geheel nieuwe Scale 900-lijn zijn onderscheidende karakter en agressieve uiterlijk - een fiets die trots pronkt met zijn definitieve kenmerken.
