NG Brakes Brake Discs

For more than 30 years, NG Brakes has been developing and manufacturing high-quality brake discs for motorbikes, scooters, ATVs and off-road vehicles. The Spanish company is one of the leading manufacturers in the two-wheeler sector and is an original equipment supplier to numerous renowned motorbike brands. Through continuous research, modern manufacturing technologies and strict quality controls, the company produces brake discs that meet the highest standards of safety, performance and durability.

The range includes classic brake discs, wave brake discs, floating-mount designs and particularly lightweight high-performance models for road, touring, sport and off-road use. All brake discs are developed specifically for each vehicle and offer a precise fit without the need for modifications to the vehicle.

High-quality materials

NG Brakes uses only high-quality stainless steels and specially developed materials that ensure high thermal resistance, excellent wear resistance and consistent braking performance. Precise CNC machining, laser cutting and modern heat treatment processes ensure high dimensional accuracy and a long service life for the brake discs.

Optimal braking performance

The special design of NG Brakes’ brake discs promotes effective heat dissipation and reduces fade even under sustained high loads. Depending on the model, wave-patterned or floating-mounted brake discs also ensure lower weight, improved self-cleaning of the braking surface and particularly direct responsiveness.

Quality and Manufacturing

All brake discs are manufactured under state-of-the-art production conditions and undergo extensive quality controls throughout the entire manufacturing process. The precise machining guarantees high concentricity, an optimal fit and consistently reliable braking performance. NG Brakes is ISO 9001 certified and manufactures for both the original equipment market and the international aftermarket.

Type-approval and registration

The majority of NG Brakes brake discs are TÜV-certified and meet the applicable requirements for use on public roads. Depending on the vehicle and variant, numerous models are type-approved and comply with the legal requirements for replacement brake discs. Please refer to the vehicle-specific notes and approval information for the relevant product.
