YOSHIMURA RS-12 Signature Series Full Exhaust System

The Yoshimura RS-12evo Signature Series Exhaust System was developed specifically for the Honda CRF450R, offering an optimized combination of performance, torque, rideability, weight savings and sound. The system is tailored to the latest generation of the CRF450R with its updated chassis, airbox and ECU configuration, improving performance while maintaining controlled sound levels.

The RS-12evo features a new carbon end cap and an all-new hydroformed muffler design. This construction makes efficient use of the available space around the airbox, subframe and shock, resulting in a precise, custom-tailored fit. The integrated one-piece resonator inside the muffler further improves durability and supports a refined power delivery.

The system is equipped with Yoshimura’s Precision Taper Fit technology. This patent-pending design allows easy installation and removal of sound inserts and spark arrestors on RS-12 and RS-12evo mufflers.

The hydroformed header primary is precisely matched to the oval exhaust port of the CRF450R and provides a smooth internal transition from oval to round. Fewer welded connections increase durability and ensure a consistent, accurate fit. An additional header resonator, developed in cooperation with Honda HRC race teams, helps maximize power across the rev range and improves rider connection.

A cast manifold provides increased strength, durability and easier installation and removal.

The Yoshimura RS-12evo for the Honda CRF450R was designed, developed and manufactured in the USA with support from Team Honda HRC race teams in the USA, Europe and Japan.
